Strategic Planning is an introductory program in developing strategic plans within organisations. The program assists people within an organization to understand the meaning of strategic planning, how a strategic plan relates to their role within an organisation and how they can participate effectively in the development and/or implementation of a strategic plan to make a difference.
The one-day program is for government, business and community organizations and can be customised for a specific organization. It includes the following topics:

Topic 2: Development of a Strategic Plan
Introduction of the processes of developing a strategic plan.
Topic 3: Implementation of a Strategic Plan
Introduction of the processes of implementing a strategic plan .
Topic 4: Features of a Strategic Plan to Make a Difference
Introduction of the features of a strategic plan that can make a difference for the operations of an organization.
Topic 5: Assessing a Strategic Plan
Assessment of an organization’s strategic plan in terms of the features that can make a difference for the operations of an organization.
Topic 6: Reviewing a Strategic Plan
Review of an organization’s strategic plan and making suggestions for improvements and/or changes to ensure it can make a difference for the operations of an organization.
