Team Work is an introductory program in team work within organizations. The program assists people within an organization to understand the meaning of dynamic and effective team work, how it relates to their role and how they can contribute as a member in an organization.
The one-day program is for government, business and community organizations and can be customized for a specific organization. It includes the following topics:
Topic 1: Meaning of Dynamic and Effective Team Work Introduction to the meaning of dynamic team work and how it relates to business of an organization and the role of an individual within an organization.
Topic 2: Dynamic and Effective Team Member
Introduction of dynamic and effective team work and how it relates to the individual person.
Topic 3: Skills for Dynamic Team Work Introduction of skills required for people to engage in team work in the organization that is dynamic and effective.
Topic 4: Demonstration of Dynamic and Effective Team Work Introduction of the ways in which dynamic and effective team work can be demonstrated in the organization.
Topic 5: Support for Dynamic and Effective Team Work Introduction of the ways in which dynamic and effective team work can be supported in the organization.
Topic 6: Personal Team Member Action Plan Development of a Personal Action Plan for individuals to contribute as a dynamic and effective team member in the organization.
