Organization Capacity Building is an introductory program in capacity building within organizations. The program assists the employees within an organization to understand the meaning of capacity building, how it relates to their role and how they can assist capacity building in the organization.
The one-day program is for government, business and community organizations and can be customized for a specific organization. It includes the following topics:
Topic 1: Meaning of Capacity Building Introduction to the meaning of capacity building and how it relates to the role of people within an organization.
Topic 2: Personal Capacity Building Introduction of capacity building and how it relates to people on a personal level.
Topic 3: Skills for Capacity Building Introduction of skills required for people to engage in capacity building in the organization.
Topic 4: Demonstrate Capacity Building Introduction of the ways in which capacity building can be demonstrated in the organization.
Topic 5: Support Capacity Building Introduction of the ways in which capacity building in the organization can be supported.
Topic 6: Capacity Building Action Plan Development of a Capacity Building Action Plan for capacity building in the organization.
