Ms Isabelle Adams is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant for Vision Network Pty Ltd. She is a qualified teacher, an accredited trainer and a professional speaker.

Her qualifications include a Diploma of Teaching, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education, Master of Education, Certificate IV in Small Business Management, and Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training. She has competency in Word, Power Point, Excel and Cashflow Manager software applications.

She has 30 years experience and held various positions in the Commonwealth and State public sector from teacher to manager culminating with her appointment as a District Superintendent, which she held from 1991-1997. Ms Adams held membership on a number of state and national management and advisory committees and councils.

Ms Adams has undergone extensive management training including executive development courses for senior managers in the public sector, and courses on business management, entrepreneurial practices and wealth creation.

Ms Adams is a highly innovative professional who is action orientated, and always operates with integrity and a commitment to “win-win” results. She is an excellent facilitator, presenter, and professional speaker. She is passionate about helping people to help themselves and be empowered.
